Bobby Lehmkuhl, a top broker from Malibu, CA, talks to Jim about how he and his partners at 4 Malibu handle international Real Estate sales.
Bobby explains that they do a lot of their marketing for international or properties in other parts of the United States online. Because of their lack of physical access to the area to advertise there, the internet is 4 Malibu's next viable option. Though the internet is a great tool for international Real Estate, Bobby says that they also advertise locally, hoping for referrals.
Bobby says that they then partner up with an agency in the area of the property, and co-lists the property with them. Bobby and his partners then lets the local agency handle the showing, and 4 Malibu just handles the transaction.
