Financing Help needed for a 1972 Manufactured Home legally affixed to a foundation

Hello, I need help for financing the below 1972 manufactured home. It is on a legal permanent foundation and in great condition. The owners own it free and clear, but prefer to only carry a small second note if anything. I appreciate your input.
