Building a pipeline of people is very important. I treat everyone as if they were buying or selling now. I understand that sometimes clients tend to stretch the truth but over the 4 months I have made numerous phone calls and now 4 months later the weather is nice and people are getting back in the spirit. Its showtime everyone. Lets make some deals.
