My listing is under contract without any showings!

Here in Durham, North Carolina, the market is so hot in neighborhoods near downtown, the "good old days" of multiple offers have returned. With one of my listings that I entered into our MLS last Wednesday evening, the great house attracted an offer the following day without the potential buyers seeing the interior of the house. The owner of the house was currently renting his house to a group of young gentlemen, and he is happy to have it sold so quickly.

The young couple who wrote an offer have been looking with their agent for many months, and came out on the losing end of several of the "multiple-offer situations" in the recent past. This folks who made the offer already lived near Downtown Durham, and needed to remain close, so they were willing to make an offer on this house without seeing the interior.

The Good Times are here again!
