My Three Best Finds For Updating A Home

I am always looking for ideas to help homeowners to improve the appearance of their property.  I offer all the advice regarding de-cluttering and cleaning but sometimes it is the little things that jump out at a potential buyer. I am always on the watch for products to solve these problems and my most recent finds are:

Behr DeckOver Wood and Concrete Paint- This amazing product is slip resistant, and can be used on wood, composite decks, boat docks, patios, sidewalks, and porches. It conceals splinters, nail holes, and cracks in concrete up to ¼ “. My favorite use is on concrete, it has a beautiful slate-like finishes and comes in a multitude of colors. The drawback is that it has a 72 hour cure time.

Snap- another great find that is really neat and everyone that sees the product loves it and wants it. I have to admit, it is more of a novelty than a necessity.  The snap product is an LED backlight behind the electrical plugs and outlets that is used as a sophisticated night light. It has a modern feel and looks much better than those plug- ins.

Grout Renew- This product has gotten rave reviews from my sellers. We often use it on stained grout in kitchens, bathrooms and anywhere where the grout is stained or discolored. It looks like a brand new floor has just been installed.
