3 Email Campaign Ideas to Help Grow Your Business

You probably know by now that I'm all about the email campaign. I truly think it's one of the very best ways you can grow you brand, give clients value and grow your business. 

Now, the biggest issue I hear when it comes to email campaigns is people don't know where to start.

It can feel daunting and complex, and most busy agents don't have the time to even start thinking about how to get started. 

So, why not make things easy then?

Here are 3 quick and simple ideas you can use to build an email campaign around.

Welcome Series

This one is easy to start. When someone gives you their email address, trigger a Welcome Series. This will be just a quick series of emails (3 is fine) welcoming the new subscriber, then trying to find out what they are looking for, and a follow up.

Email 1: Welcome and thanks for singing up!

Email 2: What can I help you with?

Email 3: Are you still looking?

Survey Series

This one is perfect for right after you've worked with your clients. One of the biggest sources of business for most agents is via repeat clients or referrals. So why not create a small series to keep you top of mind?

Email 1: Thank You!

Email 2: Could you fill out a quick survey?

Email 3: Checking in 

Email 4: Have any friends or family who are looking?

E-Course Series

One thing email marketers are doing today are offering mini courses right through email. This helps bring value to you clients and it doesn't mean they have to leave their inbox to start learning. Offer a mini course for first time home buyers on the buying process, for example.

Email 3: Pitfalls to watch out for

Email 4: Making an offer

Email 5: The closing process

Hi Liz,  Thank you for the post. I realy appreciate you breaking the campaigns down into 3 quick and easy ideas.  Too often we get hung up on trying to create the perfect Campaigne or email and end up not sending anything. When in fact anything is better than nothing.  The whole point is to stay in contact. Thank you for pointing out how simple it can to stay in touch.
