This one is easy to start. When someone gives you their email address, trigger a Welcome Series. This will be just a quick series of emails (3 is fine) welcoming the new subscriber, then trying to find out what they are looking for, and a follow up.

This one is perfect for right after you've worked with your clients. One of the biggest sources of business for most agents is via repeat clients or referrals. So why not create a small series to keep you top of mind?

Email 3: Checking in
Email 4: Have any friends or family who are looking?
One thing email marketers are doing today are offering mini courses right through email. This helps bring value to you clients and it doesn't mean they have to leave their inbox to start learning. Offer a mini course for first time home buyers on the buying process, for example.
