Last night I finished my third in a series of MAPS training conducted by one of the coaches at Keller Williams. I must say that Keller Williams does a wonderful job of coaching that only their real estate agents but other ancillary businesses as well. I am not saying that other companies don’t do a good job of coaching and training; KW has it down to a science.
One of the things that we discussed last night was how much is your time worth per hour, per week, per month, per year? And what is the one thing that you can do today to start increasing your bottom line? Sadly, we allow too many distractions to interfere and side-track our efforts. If we apply the focusing question and drill down four layers using the reverse Pareto principle, it is amazing how focused one can be. Anyway, that is my homework.
Michael, it amazes me how focused you are on personal improvement. Keep the posts comng. Enjoy your day!

I figured it up once and it was just pitiful on the amount I made per hour. Sigh..
Good morning Lise Howe. I am eager to see them launch BOLD for business. I do plan on attending a BOLD training in the fall.
We are hosting BOLD in our market center in June- I am looking forward to getting back to it! Every time you take BOLD you get better and learn new things. So glad you have discovered KW training! You are a great ambassador for us.

I know what my time is worth on an hourly basis and often use that as a discussion point with clients so they understand that my time is money.

Michael our time is very valuable and any training that can help us in utilizing it better is well worth doing.
Michael - time management is not as much about time management as it is about purpose and goals. That is a good exercise that you got for homework
Great post and message - being focused is the key. We really need to understand what activities give us the biggest bang for our buck and focus our efforts on those that yield the greatest return. Thanks for sharing this, Michael.
Michael,
I have heard that about Keller Williams as well that their training is second to none! Have a good evening!
