Happy Spring!
The birds are chirping, the snow is (finally!) gone, and the trees are starting to bud. Everywhere you look are the signs of new growth.
What about when you look at your business? Do you see signs of new growth there, too? If you're hoping for a harvest this autumn, now is the time to plant the seeds.
In Union County, most homes are sold in the summer and autumn. The agents that work those deals didn't just pop into the scene in the summer and autumn. No, they were out there sowing the seeds in the spring. And that's what you need to do this week.
What do you need to do this week?
- Call or send personal notes to people in your database, asking for referrals.
- Prospect, prospect, prospect. Call potential leads - expired listings, leads from referral partners, old leads that you haven't followed up on.
- Introduce yourself while waiting on line at the post office and the bank. Hand out business cards at PTA meetings.
- Do a large scale mailing to your farm area.
Sow now, or else you won't be reaping later.
