Earlier this week I was lucky enough to attend a meeting in Castro Valley that features Carole Radoni, the Economist that I love to follow. I truly think she is the best. Her presentation is supurb and she has so many take aways at the end of the day, you can't not be motivated by the Real Estate market.
I know, I know, so what news is new?
The East Bay is on FIRE! The housing boom in the east bay is following what took place in S.F and the Silicon Valley last year. We are so luck to see it before we feel it. I have to include this picture of Carole Radoni sideways because part of what she said is agents can no longer predict the market. It is off kilter, and crazed, and I have to say it is true!
So what is ahead in the East Bay? Low priced homes, low interest rates at least until September or early next year, a shortage of inventory and a ton of buyers hoping to cature a low interest rate for the next 30 years.
