These buyers have talked about moving for a few years, and have seen a couple homes, and last year they made the decision to buy a brand new home from dirt start! Upon visiting the Pine Bluffs community of DR Horton, these buyers fell in love with the Ponderosa model. The gourmet kitchen is all standard, and the daughter is especially looking forward to the day bed that is standard in her room for her friends for overnights!
These buyers closed today, and are looking forward to the day they will be settled, and finally out of boxes. This is a family that I have worked with for years and always love working with them. I wish them many years of great memories in this brand new home.
