Increasing H.O.P.E. Completes First Community Development Project in Goose Creek, SC
Who could use an extra helping of H.O.P.E? This Saturday, April 11, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, we will be holding an OPEN HOUSE celebration at 156 Red Cedar Drive in Goose Creek. The home at 156 Red Cedar was donated to Increasing H.O.P.E. by JPMorgan Chase Bank in August 2014, and the non-profit organization was tasked with renovating the home and selling it to a “low to moderate income” family, who might not otherwise be able to own a home of their own.
With grant funds for professional contractors, and the help of dozens of volunteers, the transformation from a forlorn foreclosure to a warm and welcoming home in need of a family, took place over the last six months.
You are invited to join us at the OPEN HOUSE, as we reveal the completed project, and now begin searching for the family to own this lovely home.
