Colorado Springs real estate market is Hot!
For some time now - at least since begining of 2015 - homes are flying off the shelf. I have been working with numerous buyers that have found homes that were intreseting to them. The problem is they go undercontract in the fisrt few days. Buyers will miss out if they hesitate on a home they think is great. Buyers should remember that if thye like the home, their are probably two or three other buyers that also like the home.
