Brentwood East of I-65 continues to have strong sales, with the sold price averaging 97% of the asking price. Fifty-one homes sold in March, up from 31 in February and 30 in January. The busy selling season in Brentwood is just getting started!  The average time for homes on the market is also down to 75 days in this corridor of Brentwood.
