Annapolis MD Real Estate - Market Report, March 2015

Because of the size of the market, Annapolis MD is the 800 pound gorilla here in Anne Arundel County, MD. 2015 is showing to be a robust market for Annapolis. The chart below indicates the % increase year over year in closed sales. As you can see, while 2014 was an under performing year, 2015 is much more robust. Since January, month over month closed sales increases have been significant, including March where the year over year increase was 39.8%. With inventory levels dropping though, it remains to be seen how long this is sustainable.

The market, it does go up and down.  I hear we are headed into a good run for a number of years.  I also have heard interest rates are going up and tax breaks are going away.  The key is not the information, it is sourcing the true facts. Thanks for sharing them.

Great to see the market moving that way!  Sustainability is always the question, but hopefully inventory will keep up to avoid the market swinging too far to one side.
