Organizing thoughts, projects and writing with Mindmanagermmap

I am kind of a visual learner and I like to put just about everything into outlines.

In the mid 90’s a friend recommended a cool little program called mindmanager.  I checked it out and even downloaded a trial version, which I fell in love with.

Then I pried my credit card out of my wallet and purchased this high priced program for the $80 that it cost at the time, I thought that this was outrageous but considering the amount of use that I have gotten out of it for the past 15 years, it was really a bargain.  Since that time I have invested in a few upgrades for a slightly higher price, but it is certainly worth the money still.

I use this program every day to;

  • Plan and organize my day
  • Organize my thoughts
  • Write blogs
  • Plan projects
  • Collect information and random thoughts with GyroQ
  • And so much more

Some of my staff also use this every day and others just use it occasionally, give it a try you may enjoy it too.

 Good morning Bob. That seems like a very interesting program to keep you on track. I think I will try the trial version and take it from there. Thanks for the heads up!

Good morning Bob. Sounds like a great tool, I'd be afraid to see what my mindmap would look like.

I have heard of that and didn't realize it goes back that far. Having a plan each day is critical to producing results and staying on task.

I'd not heard of it, but it sure seems like I could play for a few hours with this tool.

Like you, I've made some offbeat software purchases in the past from some smaller companies that have been lifesavers for many years.  I just keep hoping they evolve as Windows seems to evolve (though I'm not fully sure why Windows evolves)
