I am just starting this account and figured I can introduce a bit about me for my first post. I am Chris a Tech Geek and SEO Guy just turned real estate agent(license is in the mail). Before I go into what I will be doing here I wanted to go into a little of my backstory so here goes.. I have had a life of interesting coincidences I was born in Pomona, CA living at 1475 San Antonio Ave and then moved to and grew up on another San Antonio Ave in Chino(Spanish for China) where I proceeded to move to China(Where I met my wife and stayed for 6 years working for my Best friend on a China based CDN company) and now that I have moved back I am gong to be trying to use my technology skills to reinvigorate the local real estate market.
I love technology and internet marketing and believe I can use the skills I have gained through ranking my wife's interpreting agency http://mandarinchineseinterpreters.com on top of Google(yes, Zillow can be beat for certain words though very difficult) to help the Best teams of real estate agents and property managers in local markets get more leads and more work. So, I decided to start a business... I have started(just a simple blog now) two websites http://californiarealestateagents.org & http://californiapropertymanagement.info as a referral network for Real Estate Agents & Property Management respectively being my 'mothership' websites for the entire state. I am also starting with a local website for Riverside Property Management at http://riversidepropertymanagement.info & one for the company I joined The Homefinding Center™ for a Chino Valley(my hometown) team to include Cameron Novak, my wife(Vivienne Ma) & myself at http://chinohillsrealestateagents.net. Expect many more posts to come on property management, real estate and a bit about living in the different locations I will be launching later and some videos as well. I am not a great writer, but hope I can learn a lot from this community and share my experiences along the way as well. Go ahead and leave some comments down below! Great to meet you all.
