Hello Everyone!  I appreciate the terrific comments!  I am a property wholesaler in the Twin Cities area.  I always sell homes that are 20-50% below market value!  All the agents that I work with are a KEY part to my success and helping me sell the properties!  Basically, how it works, I put my price up and I need agents to bring the buyers to help sell it.  Agents are able to put their fee/commission on top of my price.  there is always plenty of "Meat on the Bone"!!!  Your fee is what you make of it!!!   So you generally do pretty well working with me!  Just keep this in mind.  Please do your best to help me sell these properties guys!  I have a lot more coming.  I am selling approx 8 at the moment!  I will keep them coming!!!
