Fallbrook, CA Property in Escrow!
Some of you may have seen my previous post, "What is your autocorrect name? Mine is...." Among other things, I mentioned a listing agent whose name autocorrects to "Destroy".
My nice clients offered on the property "Destroy" represented. As we waited for a response to the buyer's offer, we hoped the listing agent didn't live up to his autocorrect name.
I am happy to report that my client's offer was accepted and escrow has been opened!
This wonderful property features not only a charming and adorable house for my clients who can be likewise described, but also approximately two acres of property with about 150 orange trees. There is also an avocado tree from which much guacamole will be made.
It is interesting to know that Fallbrook is known as the "Avocado Capital of the World". In fact, the Avocado Festival is coming up on April 19, 2015. A yummy time can be had by all!
Fallbrook is a delightful area with a small town feel. Escrow can't close soon enough for my clients, whom I suspect will become good friends.
