Looking For Foreclosures?
Foreclosures aren’t easy to find unless you have a licensed real estate agent in your back pocket. The Realtor’s multiple listing service does not allow foreclosure properties to be displayed as such. They look just like any other listing. Foreclosure listings are not labeled because thieves will perceive those properties to be vacant and then target them for the copper pipes and other items that they can sell. It’s really a mute attempt at property preservation. Thieves are thieves and they will find things to steal.
How To Find Foreclosures
There are a hundred internet websites that claim they have all the foreclosures listings but since none of them have license to pull information from our MLS, the information is false or old so most buyers don’t have a chance at buying one. There is one exception to foreclosure websites, HUD homes. Click here to learn more about government owned homes => How To Buy HUD Homes.
Foreclosures Specialist
Make friends with a licensed real estate agent like Marty Patrizi, who knows how foreclosure transactions work. Your agent can scour the multiple listing service for foreclosures that match what you are looking for. This is the only way to get the true list of foreclosures.
