I am feeling motivated today to write an article for About.com on how to turn a short sale bank rejection into a short sale approval, if I haven't already composed such a piece. It's not like I can instantly remember everything I've done. I've got about 150 short sale articles as the Home Buying Expert now all about the finer aspects of short sales on that website.
Moreover, short sales are on the rise again in Sacramento, due to the adjustment of interest rates on all of those loan modifications. Without debt forgiveness or a principal reduction, most loan mods didn't fix anything. That's what people forget about when they wrongly believe that short sales are over because they're not.
