It’s essential to talk about what I will do to market your home, what the process is all about, and to set expectations. We’ll discuss the other relevant properties that potential buyers will consider in the area, and those that the appraiser will be considering when evaluating your home for a buyer’s loan.
I will also talk with you about the value that your home offers you, the lifestyle that it provides, and those things we can say about your home that can’t be said about other homes for sale. I will share what I will do for you to save you time and hassle. Plus I will also want to know how best to communicate with you during the process.
