How do agents keep their cars so clean?

It's simple, really, Elves.

An agent has to go to hours and hours of classes and then pass two tests to obtain a real estate license. Once he receives his license, he is wisked away to a private ceremony in a remote location (probably near Coshocton) for a ceremony and for the Assigning of the Elves. The ceremony involves fire, some singing, and a brief skit, then the elves roll a pair of dice and winner gets first pick. From then on, the agent's elf visits in the middle of the night and clean and details his car as long as he keep up on his NAR dues.

Realtors with kids are assigned two elves.

Realtors with kids and pets have to clean their own cars.

Anyway, next time you ride with a Realtor, ask about his elf. He likely will pretend not to know what you're talking about, but just wink at him and say, "I understand." It's big fun.
