Miami's Urban Development Review Board just met to vote on updated designs for the Chetrit Group and JDS Development Group's massive Miami River development, which is still going by the generic working title 'Miami Riverwalk' at the moment. Below are some of the new renderings which look pretty amazing to me!
Local starquitect Kobi Karp has done the designs for this huge project along with interiors done by Roman & Williams, known for their fantastical interiors. Raymond Jungles will be taking control of the landscaping and he is good, better than good in my opinion plus is office is on the current site so he knows it well. If everything is approved as proposed, the 4-million square foot project will have four sixty-story towers, including 1,678 residential units, 330 hotel rooms, 176,350-square-feet of commercial space, and 66,000 square feet of offices.
Stay tunes for Miami's next "big" thing!
