Stay off of the Bronx River Pkwy today, due to flooding from Yonkers to White Plains Exit 21 10583

NY Highway officials closed the parkway after flooding rains this morning. The Bronx River may be closed up to 8 hours, from the Sprain Parkway exit in Yonkers to Main Street off ramp in downtown White Plains.

If you like the ease of the Bronx River to southern Westchester townd like Scarsdale, try higher ground on Route 22 or Central  Park Ave.

Please drive slowly and safely on slick roads, to

Happy Spring.

Yes, traffic was challenging yesterday with lots of closed roads.  I'm glad it's better today.

Thanks Women of Westchester. It's inconvenient, but better safe than sorry. Hope you got around okay in Monday's monsoon rain.

Debbie: thanks for your comment lady and hope you hot to Hawthorne safely.
