Volo home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 100% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 7.7% from $162,000 to $174,495. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price rose by 4.7% from $231,524 to $242,495. Condo/townhome sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price rose by 51.6% from $106,500 to $161,500.
