Buffalo Grove home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 58.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 21.2% from $311,000 to $245,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 66.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 19.2% from $372,000 to $300,500. Condo/townhome sales rose by 50%, while the median sale price decreased by 9.8% from $166,250 to $150,000.
