Persist

“No road is too long for him who advances slowly and does

not hurry, no attainment is beyond his reach who

equips himself with patience to achieve it.”

Jean de La Bruyere 1645 - 1696, French Essayist

and Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .

Persist

No road is too long for those who have written goals . . . . and are willing to pursue them with enthusiasm.

Even with written goals there will be times when you will encounter challenges along the way on your success journey. Be willing to face your challenges head on . . . . and push forward through them.

When you’re willing to face disappointment . . . . and work your way through them to a successful conclusion you’ll find that no road is too long.

On your success journey there will be times that you will become frustrated because of the obstacles that you encounter.  Stand strong in the face of those obstacles . . . . and look the solutions . . . . and you will find them . . . . and there will no road too long.

As a professional your job is to persist to achieve your goals . . . . and work through any conditions that you encounter.

Keep your eye on the prize . . . . and don’t let anything get in your way or distract you from achieving your goals.

Persist. . . . . . and no road will be too long for you to achieve your goals . . . . and your desired outcome.

Lou, so very true.  When we allow ourselves the "quiet time" to look within and contemplate, we quickly learn that we already HAVE the solutions that will dissolve any obstacle or hinderance on our path.

There are always going to be speed bumps no matter what road you're on. Some people allow those speed bumps to turn in to mountains that can't be traversed. Others slowly maneuver over them and go on about their journey.

Great quote! Not only for me, but for the little athletes in my life as well. Sometimes the long road requires a lot of patience.

Hi Lou -- persistence is one of my favorite words.   Consistency is another. Although very different - when combined, some great things can occur.

Good morning Lou. Persistence in my view is the only way to get where you want to be: personally or professionally.
