Hoffman Estates Market Trends for March 2015
Hoffman Estates home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 11.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 7.7% from $194,000 to $209,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 37%, while the median sale price decreased by 20.5% from $286,000 to $227,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 15.4%, while the median sale price rose by 0.5% from $105,000 to $105,500.
