Northlake Market Trends for March 2015
Northlake home sales for the month of March decreased in volume by 38.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 11.4% from $110,000 to $97,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 50%, while the median sale price rose by 21.1% from $109,863 to $133,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 100%, while the median sale price decreased by 75.5% from $187,900 to $46,100.
