Joliet home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 19.4% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 17% from $102,500 to $119,900. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 17.3%, while the median sale price rose by 19.9% from $100,000 to $119,900. Condo/townhome sales rose by 29.4%, while the median sale price rose by 15.2% from $105,000 to $120,950.
