Villa Park home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 84.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 68.5% from $130,000 to $219,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 163.6%, while the median sale price rose by 49% from $153,000 to $228,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 25%, while the median sale price rose by 21.2% from $75,500 to $91,500.
