Which markets are getting busier ?? Yours ??

In the last week or so, it's started to get busy
here in my area of PA.

(Finally, a bit of warm weather).

Who knows if it's the weather or not, but we've seen a marked increase in the number of calls to the office and the number of requests for showings as well. We're also seeing quite a few multiple offers -

Even on homes that have been listed all Winter.

We always have the weather and have also seen a slight increase the last couple weeks. However, the last day or so I have been thinking it's been slowing back down.

I've been speaking to quite a few Relo agents across the country and it seems that most are seeing a bit of a pick-up as well. I still think we'll have an "average / so-so type" year but I'd love to be proven wrong of course.. :-)

Yes, buyers have started to make decisions here in western Michigan. We have sold 3 of our listed homes, 2 on the market for quite a while, one just listed for 3 weeks. This is like a normal market...
