Like we said in Driving Buyers to Your Website: Part I, your contacts and leads should visit your website at least 40 times per year, and stay for at least 45 seconds each time.
Or else proper branding does not happen.

Setting up 
PropertyMinder Listing Alerts are essential in making sure proper branding happens. Deliver listing updates that are both tailored to the specific wants and needs of your buyers, and that routinely redirect them back to your website.

Big syndication websites are NOT accurate, timely or personable.

Emit the inherent human warmth of your business. 
Taking the time to personalize what you communicate will earn you trust and credibility.
Incorporating detailed recognition of 
your buyers interests will make them feel like they’re being taken care of.

Who wouldn’t appreciate a little care and acknowledgement?

Send e-mails and pick up the phone:
- Thank them for setting up a search.
Casually ask what they’re looking for in a home.
- Point out patterns you notice in their home search criteria.
Be inquisitive: How are they doing? Why are they looking for in a house? Is there a baby on the way?


Make sure you let them know you have their back.

- Remind them you are their real estate resource with relevant info and support.
- Reassert that you will only send personalized marketing based on their preferences.
Notify them that you’ve narrowed down
 listings found based on their search criteria.

Engaging in this type of lead follow-up (3 times a day for 15 minutes) will help you pre-qualify clients, keep you top-of-mind and distinguish you from the competition in a powerful way.


Remember: there are plenty of reasons and opportunities to reach out.
Nurturing relationships with your buyers virtually guarantees they will consistently turn to you and your website.
