The detached homes are typicaly 2,800 SF in size and sell in the $700,000 to high $800,000 range. Stone bridge is in two zip codes: 20878 North Potomac and 20850 Rockville. This is the first and most southern North Potomac neighborhood, off Darnstown Road and Dufief Mill Road. It is also one of the closest neighborhoods to Route 270, a major north-south artery and employment location.

A great deal of residential and commercial construction over the last 15 years has given Stonebridge access to quality shopping and transportation routes. Darnstown Road and Route 28 have been re-routed for easier access to Route 270 and employment centers.
