I am an old farm boy...and this just isn't right.

Real Estate Broker/Owner with WHISPERING PINES REALTY 20398180

WE have a confirmation this weekend and so we have a load of people for dinner.

I went with my wife to help with the shopping (I pushed the cart)

When we got to the meat section that is where I saw it.

A Beef Arm Roast.  Nicely marbled it would be a great meal.

But wait...Remember...I said I am an old farm boy.

I raised hundreds of cows in my time and we did our own butchering also.

In all my years I have yet to see a cow with an "ARM".

So...how do we get an arm roast out of a leg?

It just isn't right!

looks like somebody's getting creative with the naming though I'm not sure what the advantage is of calling it an arm over a leg

William you tell it like it is. I always enjoy reading your blogs and your comments on mine. This is an example of how America has gotten lazy and in some cases does not give a damn. I do not think this was intentional pulling the wool over the eyes of the public but rather the sloppy whatever approach by a lazy employee.

A sad statement of America today. How many people would have known this?

Good question, William.  Are you sure it's from a cow?

Is this for real or some kind of joke where I haven't understood the punch line yet? But a great question for the ages!

Good morning William Feela.  Very funny!  Not to mention, it usually costs an arm and a leg to purchase meat these days.

Good morning William,

So many names and how they change over time. Being a farm boy I have not seen an arm roast but have seen a lot of pink beef!

Make yourself a great day.

I love Bob's photo...I am sure many have no idea what is happening.  I know what you are saying about the arm roast and I think you also have seen it.  But you make a great thought provoking for anyone who doesn't
