Well I did it again, I sold a home at an open house! A beautiful DR Horton home in Ventana Ranch west.
Many real estate agents will tell you that open houses don't sell homes, but four times in the last year I have sold a listing at an open house.

I guess I was feeling skeptical that day, but now I'm here to tell you that yes, a good agent like me can sell your house at an open house! But before I go on much further, let's take one last look at this great listing that I recently SOLD in Ventana Ranch West.
