Stability has returned to the real estate market as homes continue to be listed and sold in a timely manner. Interest Rates remain extremely low and FHA loans have lowered their PMI. Stated Income Loans are also back. There are many home owners that have avoided going into foreclosure as home values are now rising to levels unseen since the collapse in October of 2008.
Keep in mind that approximately 10% of homes will be listed for sale during a hot real estate market and the 7 years in which the market was stagnant and you'll get a good idea of what will happen once we are truly back to a traditional real estate market. There are many younger adults waiting for their opportunity to purchase a home and also many empty nesters that will decide to downsize. There's also an incredible amount of people living in their homes far too long just waiting for the perfect time to move up to a bigger, better home or more desirable neighborhood. Many foreign born immigrants are driving the uptick in homes sales as they desire the Suburbs with top schools and a safer environment. We are on the brink of the next wave of growth in the real estate sector. This is so long overdue and will lead to a better day for America and Americans. Home Ownership is the truest of American dreams and home owners spend money and create jobs.
