One sale can change your thoughts!

Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Select Partners
I just got off the phone with my sister in law in New Jersey and she was walking in her office 2 days ago picking up her mail and the phone rang. Apparently this client was looking for a million dollar home but the lisitng agent  didnt pick up her phone. She went on the apointment and wrote a contract. Her client was handed down a large some of money from there family and always wanted something like this and now could afford it. Just came out of attorney review and ready to close in two weeks. What a gift from above. 855,000 at 3% you do the math. I bet the agent who blew this client off is kicking herself now. Go Jodi!!!

Even with the shortage of buyers in the market it sometimes takes 2 days just to get the listing agent to call back to confirm appointment to show a listing. Too bad the seller aren't aware of that.

Morning Regiane,

Glad to see your post. Like those before me, I will never understand why phone calls don't get answered or returned.

I hope your sister in law let the Agent know what their lack of attention cost them.

That's right go Jodi. Being available is half the battle in this business. Of course sometimes finding 2 of me is 3/4 the battle. I agree with Terry I wish I could tell sellers sometimes how horrible their realtor is and how they are hindering their ability to sell.

Reinforces the old saying, "Those who snooze, loose!" This is a business. If agents don't respond to client/customer calls, they will go elsewhere.

Good Post!
