Here to Assist Clients During Real Estate Transactions in Richmond, TX

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Cinco Ranch License #0574076

My clients tend to reach me on a personal level. So much about a home is intimate, and when it is time to make that change they know I am there to guide them. A new home usually parallels a special occurance: a sweet couple who are first time home buyers and want to start a family, a divorcee getting back on her feet, a new job or a transfer to a new state.

Being involved with my clients mean building that strong connection. Each of my client's story is a success story. They are always happy with their decision. When I follow-up, I want them to tell me they are doing great and that I helped them in everyway I possibly could. I have been called the "Mother Hen" of Realty.

Some clients are more independent while some clients want more mentoring and TLC. Either way I am incredibly joyous to share the experience.

Emotional involvement has no bounds. If my client is in need, I am there to help in any way I can. Do you build these strong connections with your clients? Do you feel like it helps your business?

Hi Julie.  I guess it depends on your definition of emotional involvement.  I do my best for my clients and truly want the best for them, but I wouldn't say that I get emotionally involved with them.

I am a very caring person Julie Morales and sometimes I get burned but it's always worthwhile knowing that you care for someone regardless of their reaction to your kindness.

Julie Morales - I suppose people could look at their jobs as a means to make a living. It's so much better to create friendships and experience conversations deeper than "some weather we're having, huh?"

Chuck Willman - Building connections that hit a personal spot is a must for me. It has made clients so thankful for my service when I have been there to help them through though situations. And yes, talking about the weather is so light on the surface, but lately the weather around my way has been pretty wild!

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda thank you for your post. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I feel like a mother hen to my clients, I am so protective of them. I think it is a feminine trait we share. I also am told I care way too much. I am glad you can relate to that.
