Hi Mary, it is definitely a good time to be selling real estate. And, a good time for those thinking of getting their license to take the course.

Mary, it is ALWAYS a bood time to become a REALTOR.   When times are slow, it gives you time to take classes and learn a bit about the real world, and when you get in when the market is great, you jump in and learn while you are making money!

This is a very positive message. A career in real estate is hard work, but it's also a very rewarding career. 

I am sure there will be many people taking licensing courses as the weather has improved.
