As A virtual tour provider we need to be maids, decorators and advisor's. We often walk in to a home for a scheduled shoot and find unmade beds, dirty dishes, clutter and disrepair. It would seem that the Realtor did not step foot in the home nor did they properly advise their client. (we have a checklist that we provide Realtors for prepping a home, its on our hot-line too)
New construction is almost worst to shoot when the builder won't invest in a stagger. We shoot empty rooms and of coarse our client doesn't like the outcome. Staggers can make all the difference and well worth the investment. Realtor's should offer this service to their clients even if they pass the cost along to them. If the client new about the service and its value they would pay for it.
