Hi Trace!

Nice to see you. I was wondering about you and how you're doing so it's great to hear from you. Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful comment with regard to the look of my blog and also with regards to this beautiful property.

It's the perfect kitchen for entertaining and for cooking up a gourmet meal and with all that acreage one could grow a very healthy organic garden of fresh and delicious produce. Just think of the pasta dishes that could be concocted with fresh from the garden vegetables and herbs!!

Hi Jo,

Thanks! I have busy with tax time. As you know we have rented out Kelowna and we have another rental property so I have busy getting everything ready for the accountant. Plus the weather has been nice so I have been outdoors a lot more enjoying the sun and working in my flower beds! I hope all is well with you.

As I said before, this home is beautiful! I just can't believe it even made to listing. I think the price is great not only do you get a beautiful home, a to die for kitchen but land too, I would love to live there. I would be out puttering all the time. To have a huge vegetable and herb garden would be wonderful. As a child we always had large vegetable gardens, my parents still have one but it seems to get smaller each year. My yard is way to small to have one I tried one year but it never received enough sun and the vegetables did not do well. About the only thing that grew well was my beets!

Take care.

Awesome Post Jo-Anne - You've raised the bar ! This is well priced for so many acres- and what a beauty inside * out ....don't be surprised if you get an American buyer with this being only 35 minutes from Niagra Falls! savvy buyers are looking for land - after all Mark Twain said many years ago - buy land they stopped making it :)

Thank you Grace!

It's a beautiful property and home....perfect for those with discerning taste and a thirst for tranquility.

There are many Americans who own real estate in this region and even further north...they love Ontario cottages.

Mark Twain was very wise, wasn't he?

Hi Gary,

Thank you for your compliment. I ended up removing the music as I found it to be a bit monotonous and couldn't find the right tune from what the platform was offering.
