Elmhurst home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 66.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 15.8% from $412,500 to $347,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 73.3%, while the median sale price rose by 0.8% from $417,500 to $420,662. Condo/townhome sales rose by 33.3%, while the median sale price decreased by 19.6% from $255,000 to $205,000.
