Floyd Mayweather OutBoxed and Outmaneuvered Manny Pacquiao to claim a Big Point victory in most lucrative Boxing match in History on Saturday, setting a unblemmished record of 48-0 and sent Manny Packing.

As a Real Estate Agent you know you can learn things or two from this fight and implement some of the techniques to win in your neighborhood and always stay on top of your Market. Following  are some of the Key Traits to Learn from this Fight:

1. Practice: Your Initial Years in Real Estate are very crucial, this means you have to work Hard, really really Hard. Make sure you are learning all the Key aspects about Real Estate, Laws associated with Real Estate, taking all the courses required and most importantly going above and beyond to bring Success to your Clients

2. Persistence: Are you Afraid that you might Fail? Everyone is afraid but the Key to success is how you can get up after getting that blow. May it is one of those failed Listing appointments or loosing an opportunity for your buyer in Multi Offer situation. You need to get up on your feat and do it again

3. Experience: There is no shortcut to experience and all you can do is keep on going to make sure you are learning and doing your Job

4. Creating your Presence: Do you have a Presence? How People see you or how your competition see you. People should see you as an experienced Real Estate Agent whom they want to work with( It is equivalent to me spending that $100 on Pay Per View) and Your Competition might want to copy you or keep a tab on your efforts

5. Keep your Secret Strategy Secret: Do you want to win? If something is working for you then don't spill the beans like Manny . This doesnt mean that you have to be secretive, all you need to know is what is important and what need to be disclosed

I really enjoyed the fight yesterday and during the fight I was trying to learn traits that both the players had to offer and was thinking about implementing those in my day to day life. You can also learn few pointers for Manny and Mayweather.

Happy Selling!

There are times when we may feel 'beat up' by a client, another agent, or the market, but practice and persistence will lead us to the win.

Persistance might be the very most key thing there is and above that, there is that build of anticipation. What do you think?

There are those people who say the fight was fixed Mahesh Kashyap.  But then again, those saying that, are the ones who were for PacMan.
