Congratulations on your first blog post to Active Rain. The only thing that bothers me about yard signs is when agents over-use too many sign riders. It just becomes visually confusing and unappealing.
Jesse, welcome to Active Rain. There a lot of great people around here. As far as yard signs are concerned, we scaled ours back in the past six months to make them easier to read for people flying down the highway. It seems to be working.
Welcome to AR, Jesse! The right sign can add to a home's curb appeal, and make a great first impression on the eventual buyers.
Jesse, welcome to the Rain!! I followed you and I look forward to reading more from you soon.
Jesse - The more people see signs, the more they register, and I agree the way they look matters.
Jesse - Welcome to the ActiveRain community, and congratulations on your first post here.
Good morning, Jesse Martin yard signs are the least expensive but the most powerful of all local marketing....perception becomes reality in real estate, and the more signs that are visible, the more powerful the results!!
And welcome to ActiveRain Jesse Martin ....I hope you have a steady flow of blog posts for us to read...
Welcome to ActiveRain, Jesse. I like using large, well constructed signs, as they are visible and they hold up. I've been using the same signs for over 10 years and they still look and work great. I tried the corrugated style some years back, but they did not hold up to weather.
Real estate signs are certainly an important part of marketing for an agent. Not only does it market specific homes that are for sale, it also connects a broker and an agent to that home. Good thoughts!
