With much anticipation,  Hillsboro's newest restaurant is now open for business! The COPPER RIVER RESTAURANT AND BAR is located at 7370 NE Cornell Rd and brought to us by the same restaurateurs as the Oswego Grill. I am sure you will be a big fan. The restaurant is sure to be a hit with it's many brews and Happy Hour menu consisting of flat bread pizza's, fish tacos, spicy mac and cheese and California rolls.  Can't wait to try the lunch and dinner menus which look equally amazing. The decor is equally as inviting and reminds me of Central Oregon with its rustic and comfortable vibe. This place been very popular with the locals as we welcome a new place to meet up with friends.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
