Hey Buyers! There’s more housing inventory out there compared to a year ago! More to look at and choose from. Just take a look! There are more price ranges and floor plans, more well maintained properties that you don’t have to pour a ton of money into just to move in. You don’t have to “settle” anymore. You can have a waterfront property, a golf view property or even a property with low or no HOA fee attached.
Lenders are easing up a little bit giving more of you the chance to make your dreams of homeownership come true. Fannie Mae is now allowing folks to be able to only have to put down 3%. And the rates keep threatening to go higher. The slightest rate increase can decrease your buying power!
