It's far enough from the main hustle and bustle and residents enjoy relative peace and quiet. As you drive through this neighborhood you will have an "up north" Michigan feeling due to the mature trees and larger sized lots - 40% of the homes are on an acre or more.

What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the De Maria West Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2000 and 3000 square feet. 80% of the homes were originally built from 1985 to 1990. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built from 1990 to 1996. Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes that have extensive finished basements with walkout access adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The majority of homes in the neighborhood are 3-4 bedrooms while the largest floor plan for one house has a five bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots are at least an acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy.
What's Going on Near the De Maria West Neighborhood?
De Maria West is approx. 30 minutes to Novi and Ann Arbor, Michigan and only 10 minutes from the GM Proving Grounds and Kensington Metro Park. Downtown Brighton, Mi is approx. 15 minutes away and downtown Milford, Michigan is approx 20 minutes away. You can find a wide variety of dining and shopping choices in either town and there is usually an event going on.
