The Queen Creek AZ Real Estate Market Report March 2015 reveals a number of interesting statistics regarding the local real estate market for the Town of Queen Creek, Maricopa County. The Queen Creek area includes neighborhoods such as CortinaHastings FarmsMontelenaSossaman Estates and the Villages at Queen Creek as well as many homes with no HOA and horse properties.

The local market report tells us that the number of new listings in March 2015 was up 8.2% from February. The number of closed sales was 117 which was up 8.3% from the previous month. Homes that are priced well and show well are selling relatively quickly in this market, but in general homes are sitting on the market for an average of 108 days on market. There are 368 homes for sale in Queen Creek market, including both Pinal and Maricopa County and there truly is something available for almost every buyer. When searching for a home in Queen Creek, it is important to understand the boundaries of the Town of Queen Creek, because there are many homes on the market that are listed as a Queen Creek address, however, they are truly outside the Town’s borders. The address may say Queen Creek, but in reality, the home is located in Pinal County rather than Maricopa County and it is not truly located in the Town of Queen Creek.
