Communities such as Eastpointe Country Club, Evergrene, Woodbine and Monticito have single family homes for sale priced under $300,000.  Or chose a townhome in this price range in communities such as Harbour Oaks, Lake Catherine, PGA National or Villa Palma.

If you are able to afford a bit more, PGA National, BallenIsles and Evergrene have single family homes prices from $300,000 to $500,000.  Or look in Cielo, Paloma and Harbour Oaks for townhomes prices between $300,000 and $500,000.

Steeplechase, BallenIsles and Evergrene are just a few of the many communities with single family homes between $500,000 and $1 million.  And there are a few townhome communities in this price range.
